Canton's Sonfield
Canton's Sonfield is 15h 1" and has a fabulous, typical Morgan disposition. Even our gandchildren can ride him. His conformation is a credit to his Brunk Breeding and will be passed on to his off spring. Sonnie was featured at the 2005 Tennessee Horse Fair and participated in a clinic with Julie Goodnight as well as the Stallion Showcase.
Canton’s Sonfield has grown up as “George’s little brother”. Sonny is just beginning his formal dressage training. He was started at a Ray Hunt Colt Clinic as a two-year-old. Sonny has balanced athletic conformation and his disposition is willing, tractable and kind. In 2007 he was shown in hand in the Morgan Division of the Liberty Classic United Horse Show where he was first in the Stallions Five and Over, reserve Stallion and, like George, won the Justin Morgan Look Alike award. In 2008 Sonny will venture to some local schooling shows. We are looking forward to breeding him this spring to the lovely Raintree Rapture, who now resides in Toddy Hollow thanks to Kathryn and Shane Gressett of Applebrook Morgans in Ooltewah, Tennessee.
